Poached Salmon in Dill Sauce

1 fillet of salmon (1/2 lb per person). 1 Tbsp dill 1 container plain yogurt

Place salmon in Pyrex dish with 1/4 glass water.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour.

Pour off water. Can be served at any temperature.

Sauce: Mix yogurt and dill together, preferably the night before.
