Roast Chicken Serves 4 to 6

2 2 lb. chickens optional seasonings: garlic, paprika and/or powdered onion

Clean chickens well and wash with cold water. While wet,

sprinkle seasonings on chicken and rub seasonings into chickens’ cavity as well as outer skin.

Optional: cut chicken into quarters or eighths before roasting. Reduce cooking time by 20 minutes.

Easy Alternative: substitute national brand kosher barbeque or teriyaki sauces for spices.

Roast at 375 degrees for 11/2 hours.
