Beef Stroganoff Serves 6

2 lb. lean beef 1 stick margarine* ½ cup Marsala wine 2 cup non-dairy creamer

2 Tbsp tomato paste 6 medium sliced onions 2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms

salt & pepper flour

* Make sure margarine is marked pareve.

Cut beef into strips and dust in flour. Using the same skillet,

Saute in ½ stick of margarine until brown. Remove beef from skillet

Saute onions in ¼ stick margarine until translucent. Remove onions from skillet.

Saute mushrooms in the remaining margarine.

Add all ingredients except for wine, and cover.

Simmer for 15 minutes or until beef is tender.

Add wine and simmer 5 more minutes.

Serve over pasta or rice.
