In 2002 families
decorated quilt squares to illuminate each Torah parasha to
create our Temple Emanuel Torah quilt.
Our sanctuary
has stained glass for the 10 Commandments so we are mindful of the mitzvot
as well as the cycle of the year whenever we come together in prayer.
This
sculpture combines symbols of the bush which burned unconsumed and the
twelve tribes.
