Since its inception in 1993, Sulam has trained
over 706 congregational presidents. We are proud to
offer two locations for synagogue leaders who have
recently been elected president or vice president
who plan to serve as president within the next one
or two years. In the Torah we are told that Jacob
dreamed of a Sulam (ladder). Today, the challenge
of the Sulam represents an opportunity. With faith
in God, dedication in Torah Study, Mitzvah Observance,
and the Synagogue, we are encouraging the development
of new Synagogue Leadership. Ensure the continuity
of Conservative Judaism in your synagogue by sending
your leaders.
At Sulam you will learn to…
• Build your membership…Retain your current
members
