William O. Bresnick

Dear USCJ Seaboard Region:
It is my privilege and honor to serve as President of the Seaboard Region of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. During my term, I am pursuing a three-point action program called S-O-P – Service, Outreach, and Partnership.
Our Region is a SERVICE organization to our 43 synagogues. Our service objective is to aid, energize, and strengthen our congregations and their members in the pursuit of their individual Judaic goals. Our professional staff is available to counsel and send written materials to our congregations and their leaders.
The OUTREACH aspect of our program means that our professional staff and lay leaders will readily communicate with and visit our member congregations and provide face-to-face contact and assistance.
The third prong of our program is PARTNERSHIP. Just as we are “Shutafei b’maasey b’reshit” – partners with HaShem in the ongoing work of creation – so too are USCJ and the congregations partners with each other in the evolutionary process of growing our Region and its congregations.
The Seaboard Region's Officers stand ready to work with you and all our member congregations to build strong Conservative communities. Do not hesitate to contact me, any of our other Officers, or our dedicated professional staff so we can all work together to ensure a bright and prosperous Conservative Movement in the Seaboard Region.

Sincerely,
William O. Bresnick
President
