The IMUN Program is a popular and exciting seminar-retreat
program designed for training lay people in religious
leadership skills for use in congregations affiliated
with The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
Participants join in an intensive program offering
lectures, workshops, and practical exercises, which
enhance their synagogue religious skills. Classes
are offered for basic and advanced skills.
The nine-day program is held every summer at
Camp Ramah in the Berkshires.

Training Program. The program will be held July
6-14, 2007, at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, Wingdale,
NY. The IMUN PROGRAM is an exciting Study Institute
- Retreat designed to strengthen lay religious leadership
in United Synagogue congregations. For nearly a generation,
IMUN has demonstrated great success in assisting
congregations develop lay religious leadership and
increased participation.
Take some time, in a retreat setting, to pursue studying:
• Leading Synagogue Services
• Torah Reading
• Chanting Haftarah
• Conservative Jewish Ideology and Theology

Cost: $965 (covers housing, all meals, books, supplies,
resource materials, transportation to/from New York
