We are a fun and friendly group of women that range in age from 20s to 80s. We meet once a month for a Sunday brunch followed by a presentation and a d'var torah. We have guest speakers on a wide variety of topics; often members take turns presenting their own interests. We support our Leah Shapov Pre-School and the Religious school. We are in charge of the synagogue kitchen and provide weekly Kiddush luncheons and holiday meals. We also provide learning opportunities through conventions with the Women's League for Conservative Judaism. Sisterhood members span a wide range of interests, ages, and backgrounds. Our programs are designed to enhance our personal growth, Jewish involvement, and feeling of community. We are dedicated to fostering lasting friendships and loyalty to our faith. We welcome all interested women, whether or not you are a member of the synagogue. The Sisterhood is registered with e-scrip to raise funds for Temple school and programs.  It is a fundraiser with no cost to you.  If you shop at Von's and use a Von's card, a percentage of what you spend can be donated to the Temple.
