Cost:
US Chapters:  $244.00 with completed application and registration fee paid in full by
August 8, 2005.  After August 8^th, fee will be $260.00.
Canadian Chapters:  $274.00 CAN with completed application and registration fee paid in full by August 8, 2005.  After August 8^th, fee will be $290.00 CAN.
(Note: Registration fee does not include transportation, contact your advisor for travel information)
(Families with 2 or more children attending may deduct $20 for each additional child.)
