KOACH Recipe:
Passover Rolls

All that matzah got you down? Try these tasty Passover Rolls. Fill them with some tuna salad and head to class.

My great aunt and my husband's grandmother were both renowned for their Passover Rolls. Your arteries won't thank you later, but you'll be saved from those nasty matzah injuries.

2 cups water

1 cup oil

3 cups matzah meal

1 teaspoon salt

2-3 tablespoons sugar

8 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bring water and oil to a boil in a large pot. Let stand for ten minutes. Stir in matzah meal, salt and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Scoop out tennis ball sized portions of dough and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
