CJ Is On Its Way - In mid-August, our new quarterly magazine, CJ: Voices of Conservative/Masorti Judaism, should land in your mailbox. CJ is published by United Synagogue, Women's League for Conservative Judaism, and the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs, and it replaces all our separate magazines, including the United Synagogue Review. We are excited about this new, shared project, and look forward to hearing our readers' responses.

To ask a question, click here.
Know an Incoming College Student? - United Synagogue’s Koach program for college students is working with Hillel to help students make the transition from high school to college. The students will get invitations to Koach’s programs and conferences, and to Hillel’s opening party. So if you know a new high-school graduate, click here.
Ethiopian-Israeli Group Recognized - The Family Education Program, an Israeli program supported by Conservative synagogues in North America through our Israel Commission, has been appointed to the Representatives of Jewish Community Organizations in Israel. The group represents 20 Ethiopian-led organizations that provide services and support to the nearly 120,000-strong Ethiopian Jewish community. For information, email the commission’s director, Rabbi Paul Freedman.
