YOU ARE HERE: Naming Opportunities at Fuchsberg

Naming Opportunities at the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center

The Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center is one of the most important and exciting projects ever undertaken by the Conservative Movement of North America. By participating, you will be constructing a pillar that will support Conservative Judaism in Israel and North America.

The following is just a sample of the many naming opportunities that are still available. For more information, please contact Ronald Friedman, 212-533-7800 ext. 2522 or email friedman@uscj.org.

Available Naming Opportunities

See the brochure which outlines available naming opportunities.

  • Main Campus Entrance, $750,000 - The main entrance to the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center is located on Agron Street, a focal point for students and visitors entering and exiting the campus.
  • Gallery, $100,000 - The gallery, or second-floor seating area, overlooks the majestic sanctuary and accommodates large gatherings.
  • Lobby (Religious Center), $75,000 - The entrance area to Congregation Moreshet Yisrael includes a synagogue office and a small reception area.
  • Dormitory Floors, $75,000 each - The newly renovated residential facility houses participants from USY’s year-in-Israel program, Nativ, and summer-in-Israel Pilgrimage program. Its two residential floors each hold nine dormitory rooms, which accommodate up to 80 overnight guests.
  • Student Lounges, $50,000 each - Student lounges serve multiple purposes, including socializing with friends, relaxing between classes and studying with peers.
  • Dormitory Rooms, $36,000 each - The Residence Hall and Learning Center is the heart of the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center’s campus. There are 18 rooms for guest. Some of the top-floor rooms feature balconies that overlook the Old City. This is a fitting opportunity to honor a USY chapter or an alumni group.
  • Mezuzot, $5,000 each - A beautifully crafted mezuzah is affixed to every doorpost in the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center. This is an ideal opportunity to add your name to one of the ancient symbols of Judaism.
