School’s Willingness to Participate in a Test

Project Etgar is in its final pilot stage. In testing the materials, we have maintained a close working relationship with each of our schools. We have listened to our teachers and students. We have edited, revised and refined as needed.

The 6th grade units have been field tested for several years. The 7th and 8th grade units were tested in their entirety during the 2006/2007 academic year. The final piece of 8th Grade curriculum, the Israel Today unit, will be tested for the first time in the spring of 2008.

In becoming a pilot school, you will be expected to use the Etgar materials as presented, share your experiences and observations, and communicate with the Etgar staff in the best interest of the curriculum. We take great pride in our schools: they have been invaluable to us in bringing Project Etgar to its highest level of excellence.
