Editor's Message

Dear KOACH On Campus readers, writers, and friends,

Greetings from JTS! As I prepare "to make aliyah" to the other JTS residence hall (hey, 120th Street to 121st Street IS "moving up") I've been flooded by emails asking about writing for KOC. I am DELIGHTED to have an in-box filled with great ideas!

Just so we're all on the same (virtual) page, I wanted to give everyone a preview of the *new and improved* layout for each issue of KOACH On Campus. We're looking to provide the best e-zine possible, and have made some fabulous changes.

In each issue, you'll find:

• a theme that's relevant to YOUR life;

• exciting articles touching on that theme from Rich Moline, Rabbi Elyse Winick, and me;

• the *now available online* version of "Five Questions, Five Minutes";

• a D'var Torah / Tefillah / Chag, about a parsha read / tefillah said / chag that falls in this month;

• a "Culture Corner" article about a new Jewish / Israeli book that you've GOT to read / movie that you've GOT to see / other thing that you've GOT to do;

• an "Israel Update" piece that provides a bit of insight into what's happening in the homeland;

• and so much more!

Plus, check the website for a new issue EVERY ROSH HODESH!
