The article is in HEBREW — we invite you to challenge yourselves to try and read the original.... Kibbutz Reim will be the first solar powered kibbutz in Israel. If you've been to Israel, you're probably familiar with the solar water heaters which are everpresent on rooftops. In a land with so much sun, it's a great way to capture nature's gifts. Kibbutz Reim will take this a step further, putting solar panels on all 130 rooftops and taking themselves off the grid.
